Time flies like an arrow....isn't it right??
I am really realizing about that proverb these days. For the first two months, I complaint a lot because I thought that time went slowly. I wanted to be back to my school.
However, I can realize that something in mind starts to change. I can feel delighted and proud of myself by studying hard, and I began to think seriously about my future as an English teacher.
And I heard that some trainees would focus on studying English more, and others on making(confirming) a good relation with other trainees.
Actually, I want both!
How about you?
For the next 3 weeks, what will you focus on, here?

It's a lifelong education!!!!
Before I joined this program, I thought vaguely that after this program I could speak English much much much more fluently and I would not have any problem in English.
However, you know, It was just my illusion!!
Six months is not enough to improve English like native speakers, so I think, after this program I have to do something more, at least to keep my English ability in status quo.
Maybe, I will either join some English study group in my hometown, or take an English class in a private English conversation institute.
How about you? Do you have any good idea of studying English after IETT program?

I love teaching Popsongs to students!
Today, I was very satistifed with Jeff's evening activity class. Because I have a lot of interest in teaching English to students through Pop-songs. Sometimes I opened a singing contest, where students, in groups, had to sing the pop-song which they had learned. But it was a little difficult and costly to find the pre-recorded music (without the singer's voice).
Jeff introduced a useful internet site where I can get the pre-recored music for nothing!! Just thinking of using it in my real class makes me very excited.
Now, what I need is a long list of good pop-songs. But it should be not too difficult to follow. iI teach middle school students.
Last year, I taught 'Last christmas', 'As long as you love me', 'Baby, one more time', 'Uptown girl' and so on.
So, if you know good pop-songs for my students, please let me know what they are!!!

What was your biggest mistake?
People say that we don't need to feel afraid of making mistakes, because we can learn many things through the mistakes. However, my problem is that I make mistakes too often!
Oh, yes, I know I am a little forgetful. So, not to forget(make mistakes), I used to take notes whenever I heard of or learned something important. But, you know? In that case, the problem was I forgot where I put the note!
I'll tell you one mistake which I made these days.
When I went to Dujeong middle school to make a 'public service certificate' for Visa interview, I drove my car hurriedly. Because only 20 minutes were left until 5 p.m. (I left Kyowon Univ. around 4:20) On the way, I was caught on a overspeed, but I could arrive on time.
It's terrible to mention it, however, I didn't bring my picture!! So everything was a vain effort. I couldn't make a certificate. I had to go to school again the next day with picture. What a waste of time and money!!
Okay, it's your turn. Please give small comfort to me by telling your mistakes!
